Founder & Lead Provider

Cynthia Diaz is a family nurse practitioner and the founder of Tricom Health and Wellness. Her nursing career began in 2011 and includes experience in hospital care, surgical settings, diabetes education, and aesthetics. She earned her master’s degree at Chamberlain University in 2019 and has worked as a family nurse practitioner since that year. She also holds certifications in functional medicine, hormone therapy, and regenerative medicine.

At Tricom, Cynthia provides medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and aesthetic treatments. Patient education is central to her approach. She takes time to explain her recommendations, answer questions, and help patients understand what to expect from their care.

“Getting to know my patients is one of the parts of this work I value most. Understanding your concerns helps me make recommendations that fit your needs.”

How we approach your care

Your health history is part of the picture. Your previous experiences, preferences, and daily routine also help shape the recommendations we make.

Wellness care

Starts with a paid consultation, then lab work.

Aesthetic treatments

Book the treatment directly. Your visit starts with a short assessment.

01

What brings you in

We start with the reason for your visit: what you’ve noticed, how it affects you, and what you hope treatment might change.

02

Your health comes first

Your health history, medications, and any relevant assessments help us determine which options to consider and which to rule out.

03

Planning around your routine

We discuss the practical details, including costs, appointment frequency, and any recovery time or care at home, so you know what’s involved.

04

Moving forward when you’re ready

Once we’ve talked through the options, you can decide whether to move forward. You can take time to think, ask more questions, or choose to wait.
