What you can expect from your first visit on.
We talk through what brings you in and what you’d like help with. There’s room to ask questions and understand your options before deciding on treatment.
We explain what we recommend and why, including what treatment can realistically offer. If an option isn’t appropriate for you, we’ll tell you.
You’ll meet with Cynthia Diaz, FNP-C, for your initial appointment and follow-ups, so you can build on previous conversations as your care continues.
Follow-up visits give us time to review how you’re doing, discuss any concerns, and decide whether your plan needs to change.
